"Não me sinto culpado", afirmou ontem o guarda-civil municipal M.N., de 42 anos, em entrevista ao Fantástico, da Rede Globo. Três dias após seu filho D., de 10 anos, pegar sua arma, atirar contra a professora Rosileide Queirós de Oliveira, de 38 anos, dentro de sala de aula na Escola Municipal Professora Alcina Dantas Feijão, em São Caetano, no ABC, e se matar, M. afirmou que a família jamais vai entender a tragédia.



Ao lado da mulher, E.M., de 38 anos, o pai do menino contou jamais ter deixado antes o revólver que usava para fazer bicos nos horários de folga em cima do armário ou em algum lugar de fácil acesso. "Eu levei ele (D.) na escola carregando a mochila dele. Não percebi nada de diferente", relatou o guarda.



Ao sentir falta de sua arma em casa, M. foi à escola onde D. e o irmão de 14 anos estudavam. Ambos negaram que estivessem com a arma. Duas horas depois, D. atirou na professora e disparou contra a própria cabeça. O guarda disse que o filho jamais apresentou qualquer comportamento que indicasse o que ele faria.



"Era um garoto doce, um anjo", lamentou o pai. "Meus filhos jamais mentiam para mim. Fui até a escola na hora que senti a falta da arma. O meu filho mais velho (G.) chegou a dizer que eu poderia revistar a mochila dele."



A mãe do menino também disse não sentir culpa pela morte do filho. "O D. nunca deu trabalho. Ele viveu 10 anos conosco e foram 10 anos de bênçãos. Não tem nenhuma explicação, a gente nunca vai entender o que aconteceu", disse.



O revólver usado pelo menino é de calibre 38. M. ainda pode ser processado criminalmente por homicídio culposo (sem intenção de matar), se a polícia entender que ele facilitou o acesso do filho à arma.



"Os meus dois filhos sempre tiveram orientação de que arma era uma coisa para matar. Ela jamais ficou em lugar de fácil acesso", acrescentou o guarda. "Acho que foi uma tragédia, não me sinto culpado", concluiu.



Culto



Ontem a família foi ao culto da Igreja Presbiteriana que eles frequentam em São Caetano do Sul. Cerca de 50 pessoas compareceram à cerimônia em homenagem ao menino morto.



Um desenho feito pelo garoto D., que o coloca com duas armas e um professor ao lado é o ponto de partida para a Polícia Civil tentar traçar um perfil psicológico do aluno. Não está descartado que o garoto possa ter sofrido bullying ou ter sido pressionado por alguém a cometer os crimes.



A professora ferida continua internada em São Paulo e ainda não sabe que D. se matou.
