O crime aconteceu em Leigh, na grande Manchester, no Reino Unido.Rickie la Touche, 30, disse que a mulher, Pornpilai Srisroy, 28, estragou seus bonecos de Darth Vader e Luke Skywalker que ele mantinha desde criança.
